Logan just came across as untrustworthy. I didn’t believe him and was concerned I was being unnecessarily upsold on services I didn’t need, which may not have been true, but the way it was communicated, it seemed that way. I’ve been a BMW enthusiast for 40 years, I have a dog named Bimmer, so it’s not that I’m unfamiliar with what to expect. If Logan can improve his relatability, he could be a great employee, but there’s an opportunity for improvement.
