This comment is not about Colin. He was good at his job. My problem is with your business model. The fact that the rear brakes on my vehicle need to be replaced after only 29,000 miles. I have owned many cars and the rear brakes always outlast the front by twice as long. I just replaced the front brakes and rotors. I feel that your dealership inflates the cost for car repairs. My vehicle is not old and it has very low mileage. The items mentioned in the recent inspection seem borderline unnecessary at best. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth when I see the results of the cost and the number of items that need to be repaired.

Two things unsatisfied with: loaner front interior, i. E. Cup holders, tray area was filthy. Additionally my car was supposedly washed if so very poor. Same hand smudge marks on rear driver side door still there.
Windshield still dirty.
If going to offer service get conscientious employees.
