I had my car there for service because the check engine light came on. The cause was determined to be a loose vent hose. When I came in to pick up the car I was told that "while performing diagnosis found FRM no longer communicating". Everything (windows, lights etc was working fine when I brought the vehicle to your dealership. I guess I am to believe that it is just a strange coincidence that this happened while your mechanic performed the diagnosis. I'm sorry but I can't help feeling like this was caused by the mechanic connecting the diagnostic tools incorrectly and shorting out the FRM module. Regardless I feel that since the damage occured while the car was in your care it should not be my responsibility to pay to repair it. After some back and forth with my tech adviser it was agreed that I would pay for the labor and the dealership would pay for the FRM module. While I appreciate the discounted bill am still not happy that I had to pay $700 for the labor charge. The fact that the module failed at the exact moment that your mechanic connected the code reader is just a little too coincidental for me to believe. In my opinion the dealership should take responsibility. It's the same thing if I were to loan something, let's say a working power tool to you as a trusted friend I expect that it will be returned to me in working condition. Not broken with a $1500 bill attached. Pleas consider this and let me know your decision.

Altho Taylor delivered on contacting the warranty company to fix my hood struts,it was a test of my patience to get him to follow through on calling the warranty company initially. I finally called the company myself, and found out the phone line was open and that he could contact them. He said it was busy each time he called but this was after he told me another service personnel had gotten through to the warranty company and he apparently failed to talk to that service person. This went on for several days and he was not timely in getting back to me. The broken wheel me)was what finally got him paying attention to this issue. Arrowhead BMW may have lost $550 of warranty money because of his noncommittal of getting on it. I think he may fly by the seat of his pants sometimes. His followup skills got better when I was "on his case." I have used Arrowhead BMW for 6 yrs and have not had this trouble before. That being said, I think he is capable and a likable guy but needs to hone some customer skills and followup.
