Troy was great to work with, there’s no empowerment process for him to satisfy customers. For him to go through two managers and another BMW manager to deny warranty 30 old is beyond me. Especially when I had my vehicle in your facility in Augest for an oil change and system check. Which said there were no isues.
My new mechanic said the car oil is dirty and needs changes.
