Carmela did fine checking me in. I didn’t come in for tires but I left with tires. She had me initial in six places and sign in four places to pay 1475-150 for the coupon. That would be 1325. When I was checking out with Joe, because Carmela had food poisoning, he tried to charge me 1675. And when I said, I signed paperwork to a different number he said well that’s too bad. I don’t have that paperwork and I don’t know where it is. And I said well, Joe that’s your job figure it out. Anyway, I was not happy with Joe. He should not be in a service industry position. He was a condescending ****. And because of Joe in the future, I will probably be taking my business to Scottsdale BMW unless this is made right and Joe is disciplined or fired. He was abusive. For no reason. I told him I signed documents for a different amount and he pretty much told me to **** bad. I was also considering trading my car in for a new car, but I will also take that business to Scottsdale BMW. I am a person in a position in life to pay cash for my BMW and I would rather go to a company that doesn’t employ assholes like Joe. And then you charge me $45 on top of it all because I used a credit card. And it looks like you’re trying to charge me 20 bucks because I drove the loaner car from Arrowhead BMW to my house and back. Now do you think a customer would be satisfied with that type of nonsense? Neil was working hard to come up with a number for me to trade in my diesel 2018 BMW, very rare in the last year you made that car, but Neil is gonna lose out on his hard work too because I’m just sickened by the treatment of Joe. Feel free to call me.

Kind of disappointed he said my tires were good but I know for a fact that passenger rear has bubbles in it really makes me not trust what you guys are saying
