Shane provided outstanding service during our recent visit for a complex turbocharger issue. The necessary repair was incredibly expensive, but Shane did everything in his power to help us find a viable solution. He actively looked into aftermarket/rebuilt parts and managed to secure a labor discount from the mechanics. Even though the repair cost ultimately exceeded the value of the vehicle, Shane's empathy, transparency, and dedication to helping us navigate our options were top-tier.
