She explained thoroughly all that needed to be done on our vehicle and then worked to get us the best pricing she could. We had significantly more work than we thought it would be and she did an awesome job explaining the “whats” and the “whys”. Although we never like having to spend more than first thought, we were thankful that it was not worse!!

​The service advisor, Steve, provided good customer service and was professional throughout my visit. My negative review is entirely directed at the service technicians' incompetence and the service department’s deceptive diagnostic practices. ​I brought my 2011 Z4 in for regular scheduled service. While there, I asked if they could calibrate the adaptive headlights since I had recently replaced them. The technicians ran a diagnostic, but then claimed it "failed" due to a "connection issue" because the headlight was "aftermarket." To be completely clear, the headlight is made by Hella, which is the literal factory OEM supplier for this vehicle. ​Based on the outcome, the technicians clearly do not understand how to interpret their own diagnostic software. While attempting the process, they evidently ran a reset or clearance routine that successfully pushed the calibration data to the modules without them even realizing it. ​Instead of verifying the actual vehicle status, they blindly claimed it was impossible to code and attempted to upsell me on thousands of dollars to replace both headlight assemblies. I refused the repair, drove home, and found that the headlights are working flawlessly and the error is completely gone because the software had already successfully initialized them. ​Steve just passed along the information he was given, but the technical incompetence of the garage crew—resulting in a completely unnecessary multi-thousand dollar repair recommendation—is entirely unacceptable

I have never had a issue with my car service at all at the dealership. Carmella has always been honest, fair, trustworthy. Im working very hard to purchase my next M product soon

George did a great job. I was not happy about an oil change taking 3 hours. My appt was at 10:30. My car was not finished until after 1. Not George's fault but way too long.
