I’m so fortunate to have Mike Abreu take care of all my service issues because he is so kind and welcoming every time I visit the service center. He’s so professional that I forget that I’m in good hands with him as he makes certain that my needs are met. He treats my car as if it’s his own, and he always concerns about my safety. He is definitely a big brother to me and he always on top and cognizant of my time as a customer. I couldn’t ask for a better service technician because Mike is absolutely amazing!!!

Met Troy today after scheduling the first annual service on our '25 Z4M4.0. He was as friendly and engaging as he was on the telephone. He made note of my one "noise" concern when I checked in. We reviewed the service to be completed and he invited me to relax in the comfortable waiting area and that he would come find me when the car was ready. While the service technician was buttoning up the car, Troy came and told me what the technician had found making the noise and the it was resolved. The whole service experience was pleasant and I thank Troy for the hospitality and professionalism he shared with me today.

Oil change was great however I was the 1st appointment of the day and it took 2 hours. Wild that an oil change takes 2 hours. Appreciate the look at the car however after my last repair where I was told they would check out my light, then misdiagnosed the issue, then told me if I didn’t fix it they would change me for labor and restocking a part THAT DID NOT FIX MY LIGHT. I will NEVER have a repair done at this establishment ever again. Oil changes is all and quite honestly I’m not sure of the 2 hours are worth it. No offense to Troy it was my previous experience
