Colin assured I was informed evert step of the way. He answered my questions, was patient and professional. I appreciate the service extended even though it was not scheduled.

They broke my hood latch and argued they won’t fix it because there no proof they told me that it was already broken but I know it wasn’t when I pulled up to service today

Josh did a great job and kept me informed during the vehicle check and updated me about price for repairs needed. Will definitely reach out to him to facilitate my next service visit

Everything went well with the exception of when my vehicle was ready no one could assist me which became frustrating.

I have been a loyal customer of Arrowhead BMW since moving to Arizona. As you can see from my account history, I have consistently chosen your dealership for all of my vehicle service needs because your staff has always been professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Because of the high level of service I have received in the past, I have never felt the need to schedule appointments with a specific Service Advisor. I have always trusted that any advisor at Arrowhead BMW would provide the same excellent experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. When I arrived, the Service Advisor did not offer even a basic greeting. The only thing he asked was whether I was there for an oil change. Throughout our interaction, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. In addition, during previous visits, Service Advisors would personally come to the customer lounge if an inspection revealed any findings and invite me to discuss them in detail. This time, however, I simply received a message saying, “Can you come over?” with no explanation or professional courtesy. What concerned me even more was the lack of communication regarding the inspection results. When I asked questions about the recommended services, I was told that the work “needed to be done,” but I was not provided with a clear explanation of why the services were necessary, what issues were identified, or what the consequences might be if the work was deferred. As a customer, I expect to receive clear and professional explanations so I can make informed decisions about my vehicle. The experience lacked the professionalism, communication, and customer care that I have come to expect from Arrowhead BMW. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated, which is something I have never experienced during my previous visits. I am sharing this feedback because I value Arrowhead BMW and hope that this experience is not representative of the level of service your customers should expect. I believe constructive feedback is important, and I hope it will be used to improve the customer experience moving forward. Thank you Albert P

Manny was really supportive throughout the process, helped me get on the schedule really quick and the process was really smooth with him.

Steve's customer service was beyond reproach. He stayed in contact every step of the way and ensured my car was well taken care of. He even went out of his way to ensure my warranties transferred over. Just incredible customer service!

I truly appreciate his professionalism and politeness when I asked him to look into other issues with my car besides just the recall correction. True professional!!!

Steve the service advisor was awesome!

Carmella does a great job. However the service department is always completely over booked causing wait times beyond schedule appointments. I was told there was wide open appointments on Wednesday and when I arrived the garage was completely full and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. This is the norm every time my wife or I go for service there and it’s almost to the point that we are wondering if we should just show up 20-30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. Again, Carmella does great and this is not her issue. This is an over scheduling issue and how the service department is handled in general.

Manny was very thoughtful and caring. He understood my frustration with a few things and tried everything to make it right.I could not ask for more . He kept me updated throuh out my service.

Camilla did a great job getting everything done in a timely manner for us today, and got us to our other appointment we had today in time.
