If we had been advised that there was going to be a 3% surcharge for using a credit card we would have paid with a personal check. Also, apparently the Recall for the Engine Coolant Pump was not reported to CARFAX or BMW North America. According to both sites there is still an open recall. We did check off on CARFAX that it was completed but BMW would not know this information.
