Tech was speeding 15 mph over the speed limit in my car. I was desrespected in public by the service manager in front of customers. GM committed to terminating tech but backed out of his word and lied to me. So the tech is working on other peoples cars after he admitted to breaking the law and BMW policy. Service manager said he spent to much time this situation and did not stay to pull data out of car and then banned me from the getting my car serviced there. Thirst situation broke several contractual agreements from BMW and potentially violated consumer protection laws. The refusal to pull data from the car that evening could lead to spoilage of evidence. I also found additional damage to the car when I was driving home and notified a manager immediately. I asked for this to be resolved and the only offer I recieved was for BMW buy my car back leaving me with nothing.

The service guy seemed like he was in a rush he didn’t want to help me figure out stuff . He seemed annoyed . He was not friendly . He didn’t even try to see if I can get a loan car . Never notified me that my car would possibly not be done by Saturday afternoon that I would have to get it on Monday so I have to reschedule part of my recalls.i figure that out by asking him questions not him telling me .probably won’t come back here .

I am still unhappy with the amount charged to update the idrive software. I only agreed to pay it because I consider the ability to text verbally a safety issue. Being able to verbally call for help could save a life. It was disappointing to find that the software had never been updated. Even as part of the certification/ pre owned process the software remained 9 years behind! Even at a “reduced price “ of $225 I think this necessary upgrade was very overpriced!
