I am extremely dissatisfied with the repeated poor service at this location over the past few months. My car has been here multiple times for unresolved issues. Most recently, I brought it in for a drivetrain malfunction and check engine light, which appeared to be a misfire. I was charged $225 for diagnostics and then quoted $750 to replace spark plugs—despite informing the tech they had already been replaced less than 3 months ago. After insisting, the vehicle was test driven and a fault was found for a bad fuel injector. I was then quoted $1,800 for one injector or $5,000 for all six. I approved the repair but specifically asked if proper testing had been completed to confirm the diagnosis. It became clear the correct procedures were not followed. Shortly afterward, I was told my entire engine assembly needed replacement for $28,000 due to low compression in cylinder #1. How am I supposed to assume that when the car was test driven on a misfire—possibly for miles—this did not contribute to the cylinder failure? Driving on a misfire is incredibly harmful to an engine, something I would expect any technician to know. If proper diagnostics had been completed from the start, this damage may have been avoided—or at the very least, I could have been made aware of the true problem upfront instead of being taken through one costly and ineffective “fix” after another. This is something that should have been identified in the original $225 diagnostic fee with a proper leak-down test, not just a basic compression test. Each visit has cost me $750 or more with no permanent resolution, leaving me to repeatedly pick up the car with the same or worsening issues. The lack of accurate diagnosis, repeated upcharges, and failure to fix the underlying problem is unacceptable and has destroyed my trust in this service department.

George, the service representative was the best employee I’ve had ever experienced at arrowhead, he was a 10 out of 10 when it comes to Customer Service and he took care of things promptly was polite and professional
