Bonnie was extremely helpful, given my questions about the huge discrepancy between the gas mileage claimed by Honda and the gas mileage my wife and I have actually seen while driving our 2015 Accord Hybrid. Bonnie deserves a 100% rating for customer service, while Honda, the manufacturer of the vehicle, deserves very little. I look forward to bringing in our car for any future services, but, unfortunately, we will never purchase another vehicle from Honda. The level of deception with regard to the actual gas mileage is, in my opinion, borderline criminal and there are too many other options to settle for that kind of treatment by a car manufacturer.
