I took my car in on Thursday and got a call back that same day with all the information of repairs and price and told car would have to be kept overnight which I had expected.
However Friday went by and Saturday went by and I never received an update. I finally called on Monday around 1:00 p.m. because I still had not heard anything about my car. I was told a part was shipped from Georgia which cause the delay. All was fine but I would have appreciated a call with this information ahead of time just to know what to expect. My car was given to me with half of it full of bird poop which I didn't noticed till I got back to work which was a little embarrassing. Honda offered to wash it when I called back to let Him know and it was washed when I took it back, thank you for this. Not complaining here just letting you know so they can keep a closer look on these things.
Jim and office staff were most gracious and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Honda.
