I'm not from the area and had some anxiety about getting my van serviced at a place that I don't know anything about (other than it is a Honda dealer) and I was impressed in every way! Bonnie was knowledgeable and friendly and totally patient with all of the things that I felt I needed to inform her about. The service took much less time than I expected and I was happy with all aspects, including the waiting area. This is probably one of the best service experiences I've had in quite awhile, I will definitely keep this branch in mind if I need service again in the area.
