I was more disappointed by the fact that the map lamps didn't work after only 5 years and had to be replaced at a price of 157.16. A couple of decades ago, this never happened with a Japanese product. Is it because parts are made in other places in the world now?

Fortunately, I received a coupon for 10% off services the day before and knew I was due for a minor or major service. I had been watching my odometer reading approaching the miles on the sticker of my interior windshield. I drove in around 1pm for an oil change waited for Bonnie to give me the news (maybe I told her my CRV was due for more service). She pitched it and I told her yes. I did not feel any pressure at all and she was polite throughout the entire process.
