I will sum it up like this; If Jim Woltman ever leaves Santa Barbara, I will follow him where he goes. He is one top notch guy who delivers on his word. I was told that the service department tech was going to fix my passenger side windows and the second seat back two. I was messing with my fuzes the check on my battery and I was told that he would fix this along with my battery and fuzes and must of forgot to fix this. So now I have to go back in and have his fix this. My windows went down after did this test on my battery which locked my other three window of my 2007 Honda Odessey EXL. Bonnie was great. Howvever, that step was missing.

I took my car in on Thursday and got a call back that same day with all the information of repairs and price and told car would have to be kept overnight which I had expected. However Friday went by and Saturday went by and I never received an update. I finally called on Monday around 1:00 p.m. because I still had not heard anything about my car. I was told a part was shipped from Georgia which cause the delay. All was fine but I would have appreciated a call with this information ahead of time just to know what to expect. My car was given to me with half of it full of bird poop which I didn't noticed till I got back to work which was a little embarrassing. Honda offered to wash it when I called back to let Him know and it was washed when I took it back, thank you for this. Not complaining here just letting you know so they can keep a closer look on these things. Jim and office staff were most gracious and courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Honda. Jim Woltman, in your service department, is beyond an exceptional employee.. My daughter is a college student living in Goleta and needed her Honda Civic tuned up plus - had lost both keys and needed duplicates made. Lucky for me, Jim answered my service call.i had never met Jim, don't live in the area, and was desperate to try to help my daughter. Jim was calm, reassuring, and delivered exactly what he said he would do. I feel like I have known him years and because of Jim, my daughter will continue to bring her care into Santa Barabara Honda. My promised time for my vehicle to be ready was an hour later than written, and when I requested an update on my vehicle I didn't receive one. Would've been nice to know I was going to have to wait an extra hour. Jim is fantastic all around! It was just this inconvenience that kind of threw off my day.
