Carlos was very busy on Saturday. That I get but I have anextented warranty and he didn't have time to call to see what would be covered as some work wasn't done until he could call. Now I have to arrange another time to get my car in there which isn't easy. And you don't travel out to Summerland for dropoff. So again this is an extra step to coordinate.
