I had an 8:00am appointment and waited for my car to be done with my two small children. The car was supposed to be done at 9:30 but I didn't get the car until 10:15. I then had to reinstall one of my kids car seats because it wasn't put back in correctly. Lastly, as I was driving away, I realized that my rear facing toddlers mirror that I use so I can see her was cracked. This damage happened while Honda serviced my car. They were apologetic about the wait but I was still very unsatisfied with my experience for the above reasons.

Able was abrupt.. Got visibly irritated when I asked him to explain why my RO said Cistomer pay for a warranty item. I was told at 9:00 am that my car would take two hours and that the shuttle would pick me up at my home at 2:00. I call at 2:30 and again at 3:30. He neither answered or returned my calls. The shuttle driver came around 4:00 Pm. Luckily I didn't have an appointment until 5:00. The whole day lost over an oil change! The cashier thought it was more important to talk to the man standing behind me instead of processing my RO. Then when she finally did, she was unapologetic and very sassy. My windshield and driver door had sticking globs if reddish resin on them. This was not there when I brought my car in. This is my first and last purchase at SB Honda.

Carlos was friendly and courteous. He listened to my concerns and asked pertinent questions to determine what was needed. He was great about communicating with me about the status of my car. Carlos was out helping another customer when I came to pick up my car, so Bonnie was happy to step in and help me get my paperwork and my car brought up. Other staff were all very helpful and friendly while I was on the premises, from service staff to the office staff. SB Honda always does a great job and takes good care of my car.

Very efficient and comprehensive service. I was glad to see a multipoint inspection in addition to the alignment. I was able hop on the out bound shuttle soon after I brought my car in and got picked up at exactly the right time. No time wasted and good service!
