Carlos was very busy on Saturday. That I get but I have anextented warranty and he didn't have time to call to see what would be covered as some work wasn't done until he could call. Now I have to arrange another time to get my car in there which isn't easy. And you don't travel out to Summerland for dropoff. So again this is an extra step to coordinate.

When offered a loaner car, it would be nice if it was clean.
The seats were fabric and looked like mechanics had been sitting on them, dirty with what looked to be oil.
Plus the floors were dirty, seats had animal hair.
