I brought my car in at 7:30 am and it took 6 1/2 hours for them to do an oil change. I specifically asked how long it would take because I had work at 2:30 and I was informed it would be done well before then. Well guess not considering it wasn't don't until 2 pm. How it takes that long for an oil change I don't know. I have been here a few times before and have never had it take that long maybe 2 hours at most so I am very confused on how it took Abe and his team more than 6.
