I appreciate the fact that all my service records are there so we could see what needed to be done. Just an oil change but a brake light was out so that got changed. Was done in timely fashion.

My experience with your service dept. Has always been great. This is our fifth Honda including a motorcycle and it has been the worst Honda we have owned so far but the service dept is not to blame for that. This will probably be the last Honda we buy.

I was told that the service department tech was going to fix my passenger side windows and the second seat back two. I was messing with my fuzes the check on my battery and I was told that he would fix this along with my battery and fuzes and must of forgot to fix this. So now I have to go back in and have his fix this. My windows went down after did this test on my battery which locked my other three window of my 2007 Honda Odessey EXL. Bonnie was great. Howvever, that step was missing.
