Abel, who I don't think was there yesterday but I did not know that, said my car would be ready at 1pm. I called Abel at 1:30 asking for an update, but never heard back from anyone. I called at about 4:00, and left another message for Abel.
About 5:00, I think, I called repairs . They said my car was almost ready. When I got there about 5:30, the bill wasn't ready yet, and when it was the 10% coupon hadn't been credited. However, the service man told the cashier to
take the 10% off, which she did. There was a general lack of
communication. I wouldn't have minded the wait
So much if they had kept me posted.
