Jim is always a pleasure to work with. He is so knowledgeable about cars which is reassuring when he takes the time to make sure everything is in working order and backs it up with expertise. Last time I was in he took a couple of extra minutes to get to me but it was ok because he was personally trying to fix the customer's car. He's really friendly too.

Abel was very nice but a job that was supposed to take 6 hours took nine and a half. My car was there from 8:10 AM to 6:00 PM and when the car was started
the engine light came on and it was hard to start. Now I have to take it back in
Tomorrow so they can figure out what is wrong. They close at 5:30 PM so all the mechanics has left for the day when my car was ready. I am very angry and disappointed with the service that I received at Honda Santa Barbara!!!
