Not completely satisfied and I have to say it's the first time that it has happened. It's not abels fault but I was told 2 1/2 hr when I dropped it off at 8:40 am. I called at 2:30 left 1 message, called back a bit later left another message then the lady who answers the phone connected my with the service managers number... again left a message still no call back. So I called yet another time and the gentlemen who answered paged Abel to the phone. Finally my car was ready around 4:00 pm. So frustrating because I had many errands to run on my day off of work and it didn't happen. So not 100 % pleased. But my car runs nice!

It took 3 1/2 hrs for a 15 min oil change. I arrived sat morning before opening at 9 am
And many of the people that arrived after me their car was ready first. I think if I had more work done than a simple oil change it would of been faster..
it may not be too profitable for those commission station guys , who want you to get as many services as possible, to deal with simple services like a oil change.
Plus when I asked about my status after 2 hrs waiting, Abel, I believe that was
his name,said let me check and went to his computer to ck. After another 45 min passed by he gave me some lame story ,that obviously was not true, about how their was a misunderstanding - confusion with his workers and clients.. those guys know rverything that is happening ... so my answer is NO I wasn't happy and I think those guys are not fair and are worrying trying to get their commissions first!
