Carlos and the technician were successfully able to pinpoint the issue that has been perplexing, to say the least, for a while. With nominal cost, the repairs able to be made in a very quick turnaround.

The only dissatisfaction I have is with the delivery. Carlos called me and said my car was ready, he met me as I arrived, went over everything and walked to the payment window with me. Then I sat and waited for my car to be driven up. After about 10 minutes a young man asked if I had been helped and said my car was being washed. After 30 minutes I think Carlos sensed my annoyance and finally went and got the car himself. My suggestion is - Don't call me until my car is truly ready. I would rather continue with what I was doing than sit in the repair bay. I think they then rushed the car wash because there were still a lot of bugs on the front of the car and the windshield. I do appreciate the car wash and that Carlos made and extra effort to retrieve my car, but I would prefer not to wait once I am called.
