I know nothing about cars and depend on the expertise and understanding of pricing for the "lower echelan" and feel that I was given good service with a good price. Not only was Bonnie's service exceptional, I feel that the rest of your staff was extra attentive today. As soon as I pulled up a gentleman by the name of Ezequiel greeted me right away asking me how he could help. Shortly after a Caucasian man (sorry, I didn't get his name, but I get the feeling that he may have been a manager?) got the ball rolling while Bonnie was occupied on the phone talking to a customer. He asked if I wanted a car wash which I replied yes to & later declined the service because it was going to rain. He didn't even question me if I was sure due to the rain coming & he happily put the "wash" sign on my car which I appreciated, additionally, I had a late appointment (3:30pm) & it was a Friday, which I would think he'd have an opposite reaction. Lastly, after I walked out the door to retrieve my car, a Hispanic man (sorry, didn't get his name either) made sure I knew where my car was. Thank you to all your staff! Your staff really stepped it up & went above & beyond! (Service was done 4/7/17 at 3:30pm for your reference).
