I had my 1997 Honda Civic EX serviced for a new timing belt, water pump, gaskets, addition belts etc. and was expecting that my car would be returned washed (everybody's car leaving was). I received a text message that my car was ready at 2:30 and the shuttle driver dropped me off at the dealership at about 4:20 so there was enough time to was it. I ended up getting my car at 5:00 so when it was brought up dirty it was too late to ask the service technician to have it washed. I don't know what went wrong?
