I had an appointment at 9am. I was told it they would need my car until 3pm for an oil change and recalls. There was no shuttle avalible. I took an uber home (20.00) to then get a call at 10:30am that my car was ready. When I arrived to get my call it was brought out with out a car wash. This us included inthe oilchange. My car seat was also all the way back as if someone tookna nap in my car. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

The only issue was when I picked up my car, the service provider, Abel, was no longer there and his co-worker was unwilling and unable to answer any questions regarding how the service went.

Jim is amazing at his job. I was never 100% satisfied until I started only dealing with him. I never feel like I'm getting ripped off and he is really personable. He makes me feel like a regular and in a small town like Santa Barbara that means a lot. He is truly the best.

This is the second time in a row that they said my car would be rinsed and upon delivery it was not. I can deal with the car dirty, just stop saying you are going to do it, not do it , and then walk away sheepishly when I point it out. Also if I have a true oil leak , why didn't you call me to fix it before I returned for the car? You did the same scenario to my husband which makes me think you are setting us up for a service that doesn't truly need to be done. I take excellent care of my car cuz it is an excellent car , so if it needs repair , I want it done. This sets up a lack of trust in your judgement vs. profit . P.S. I do not see any oil under our cars.

My Honda Fit was serviced in June, 2016, at SB Honda. At that time there were no issues and no repairs were needed--at least that was what I was told. Also, at that time, the car was still under warranty. Now suddenly, this time, I was presented with $700 worth of repairs that needed to be done. I only have 12,000 miles on the car in total, and I'd only put about 3000 miles on the car between the two service appointments which were a year apart. Naturally this has made me suspicious and distrustful. We're going on vacation and I didn't have time to double check all the recommendations,--but I no longer have confidence or faith in this Honda facility. So I won't be returning. I bought my last two vehicles at your dealership, but I don't think I'll be back. Bonnie Jimenez was very nice and accommodating. She knew I was unhappy and she did her best to make it right. BUT she also begged me not to put down anything negative about her on this form. I have nothing negative to say about her, although she shouldn't be pressuring her customers in that way. I'm guessing that it's not her fault, and that giving a customer an extensive list of repairs as soon as the warranty expires is the policy of SB Honda, not of Ms. Jimenez.
