Jim provided the most excellent customer service I have ever received as a customer. I lost the keys to my car in a park in Santa Barbara and I was basically stranded. I live in Cambria and Santa Barbara is a long ways from home! Jim helped me get back on the road again with a resourceful plan to get me back in my car and back on the road again. I am so grateful that Jim was working at Honda of Santa Barbara today ... he was so efficient, kind and professional. Jim is the kind of employee you definitely want working for you and helping your customers. I will never forget his kindness.
