I thought Carlos was nice. I didn't get many updates; I had to call to check-in a number of times. I think it would be really helpful if there was a little more communication on your end, but I know the technicians stay busy working. I know it was busy after the holiday weekend, but everything took a little longer than I expected. I appreciate how nice Carlos was, and I am glad to have my car back!

Charles is the best Honda mechanic in town. This experience leads me to believe that Jim is the best service guy in town. I had a tricky problem to diagnose and Jim kept me in the loop. Was told my vehicle was going to be finished in 1 hr and 1/2, but took over 3 hours. Got a car wash, two front windows were rolled down when received vehicle , so windows were all smudged. Checkout lady wasn't polite, first thing she told me was to insert my card.

Bonnie was awesome. Got me in at the last minute on a busy day preceding a holiday weekend. I was planning to have to wait at least two hours, but it was only one hour! The intermittent inspection revealed that I needed new brake pads, which basically doubled my cost, so Bonnie gave me a $20 discount (not much, but everything helps.) Bonnie was professional and focused, plus she treated me like a human being, not just a number. She'll be my 'go to' service member from now on. Oh, she deserves a raise; she's not just doing her job, she's excelling at it.
