Every time I have been paired with Bonnie I find her very irritating. When she comes into the waiting room to convince me to get more repairs, she gets all close to me and invades my space and talks to me in a baby voice as if she is my mom. she is overly nice when she tries to get me to do More services to my car which comes across manipulative/scammy . She just is annoying in general and doesn't seem like she understands cars. I like the other servicemen though
