I liked the email updates. Only downfall was that I had an 8am appointment, was told the service would be 2.5 hours, but didn't get the car back until 12pm. But it was a day off, so didn't need it and the shuttle driver took me home at 9am.

We showed up early with no appt and Bonnie took great care of us! I had a 5 year old with me who was a little grumpy and we were out of there in around an hour. I always come in for an oil change and check up before our big 650+ road trip every summer. As usual- we feel safe and ready for our drive. Bonnie explained where brake levels were at and tires and all that.

Otherwise the car ran beautifully- think the new spark plugs gave it a little more oomph. Thanks again. --- that was my response to your text. Don't think you received it though.
As for Abel, he was really great, explained things to me and appeared genuinely concerned to solve the problem. He did tell me, however, my car would be washed. See my above comment. Perhaps that was out of his control.
By in large, though, I really like SB Honda - the service and people have been wonderful.
