I came in because of the recall that was battery-related, and also needed an oil change. I was told while waiting that they couldn't get the car to start and the battery "had a bad cell". He asked if I wanted to buy a new one or if they should try to jump it and give it back as is. I then asked if it was normal for a battery to be bad already, at which point he said let me check if it's still under warranty. Turns out it was and was replaced free of charge. Can't believe he was going to make me pay for it had I not asked anything. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
