Your customer service policy needs to be reviewed. At Toyota and Nisan, when they call you and tell you car is ready, they immediately come and pick you up and take your to their service facility. You sign off on you car and leave to go back to work or home. At Honda, if you bring your car in at 8am and the work is done by 10am, you have to wait until 2pm for Honda to come and pick you up to take you back to the Dealership. That is terrible. The customer comes first not the dealership.
