I got a text message at 10:45 that my vehicle was ready for pick up and that it would take about 15 minutes to get the paperwork ready. Finally at 12:15 I got the service record flashing by and was ready to go.
I would have preferred a more realistic timeframe, Especially because on Saturday there’s only half the staff.

Yesterday I took my CRV in for its normal oil change . Apparently there were rats getting into my air vents under my car . Then continued to tell me I can go on Amazon to learn how to stop them . I was okay with that , he even had the evidence of the rats ! What I was Not Happy with is that Abel left rat dropping all over the inside of my vehicle , didn't even wash the outside which is something they have always done. What is happening to Honda !

Abel is fantastic and very helpful. I appreciated that he was able to get all of my work done in a timely manner. I originally called to come in for a tire check, but remembered when I arrived that I also needed my air filters replaced from the Thomas Fire, and that I needed a smog check.
