When I brought my Civic into the Service Department Carlos Lira immediately understood the problems and their solutions. He was very professional and personable. When he called at around 4 to let me know my car was ready he made sure I understood that the Service Department would be closing at 5:30, which meant that I shouldn't waste any time in getting there. Fortunately, an MTD bus stops a half block from my place and it got me to the intersection of Kellogg and Hollister just before 5. From there it was only about a 5 minute walk to the Honda place. When I got there Carlos explained his detailed report on the work and on the condition of my car. I've been dealing with Santa Barbara Honda ever since I bought my then-new 1993 Civic there. The lounge area is always clean and comfortable for reading or solving crosswords. It's a nice atmosphere.

Your service advisors should be able to provide you with a printed list of services included in a Schedule Service 1A, A1B, etc. I requested a printed estimate listing everything that would be included in a 30,000 mile service and wasn’t able to obtain one.
