An oil change should not take 3 hours. The customer service rep tried to “up sale” several other procedures tho not yet at those mileage points. When I called for the service procedure I was told to come at 9:30. The car wasn’t serviced until11:50. Just tell the truth when making appointments. Thank You Svc manager for adjusting the cost because of my disappointment .

Jim is a wonderful man that really knows his job. He treated me like Family. I had to fix the engine and header was blown. I knew I was not being taken advantage of. Jim had my trust and I knew he would take great car of me. He is a wonderful asset with Honda . I have owned a 1973, 1887?and now 2095. I love Honda’s and this is the first dealership and Jim is a he an that I TRUST. I am thrilled with the care I get from Jim. Wonderful worker and really knows his stuff.
