I got a text message at 10:45 that my vehicle was ready for pick up and that it would take about 15 minutes to get the paperwork ready. Finally at 12:15 I got the service record flashing by and was ready to go.
I would have preferred a more realistic timeframe, Especially because on Saturday there’s only half the staff.

Abel, did a great job assisting me with the airbag recall on my sons car. He let me know how long it would take and if there were any pending issues he would contact me with an update.
