Bonnie & the rest of the team at Honda went the extra mile for me for which I am supremely grateful. I live in Carpinteria so trying to organize taking a day off work, finding someone I can stay with in SB etc is always an ordeal. This time the part I needed wasn’t in stock so I essentially wasted a day and boked an appointment for the following Monday. When I found out my school was closed because of the fire, I called Bonnie to see if I could have an appointment. Even though most of the workers were leaving early because of the smokey air, Bonnie managed to get me in and the mechanic stayed to work on my car. I missed the shuttle but a few minutes, but when it returned, I didn’t have to wait but was driven to my destination. My car was fixed and I was very grateful. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. Bonnie was wonderful, the manager she asked if I could be squeezed in who agreed so helpful, the mechanic did a good job on my car and the shuttle drivers I had each day were polite and good, careful drivers. I am very pleased with this Honda dealership, and would not hesidutate to recommend it to anyone.
