Carlos was very nice but I specifically asked him to fix a puncture in the front right tire where a nail was imbedded and causing a slow leak. Upon picking up the vehicle at 5pm tonight all services had been done but the tire was not fixed. My daughter drives the car for school and work and today was the only time we had for service, now I have to take it to a tire shop to be fixed. Not cool
