Bonnie is the best. She always takes the time to talk through my options, and makes sure I stay on top of maintenance. The last time I was in, my car was being repaired because a different Honda dealer didn’t close my oil tight enough and it emptied out while driving. She made sure I requested a refund from the other dealer, and then followed up after to make sure everything had worked out. This time around was no different, and I’m extremely appreciative to have her help me make the right maintenance decisions.
