Couple of things:
It took a full 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence standing there.
The service was scheduled for an hour and 15 minutes. It took 2 hours, which would have been nice to know even though I didn't have anything pressing scheduled after it.
I had to bring my car back because the tire light came on when I got on the freeway to leave. It came back on two days later. The service was for the first oil change and tire rotation for my new Civic.
