Everything was taken care of efficiently and in the time frame promised. One slight problem though was with the tire pressure which I was afraid would happen. I drove all the way back to Lompoc with low tire pressure and then had to stop at Rocket Honda in Lompoc to have it set correctly. But now I've learned another function on my car that I know how to work. So it's all good!

My vehicle was inspected for a leak on Saturday.. also a 30k mile service was performed but no leak was found and the car was washed. The leak persisted and I returned the car today,Monday, and the leak was identified and corrected. The car was promised to me at 1:30 and delivered to me at 3 :15, dirty with ash , inside and out. I was disappointed to have missed a dentist appointment because the car was not ready when promised and the previously clean interior and exterior was returned highly soiled and unclean.

I am speechless I have never had such a nice conversation with a lady from Honda or anyone really other than Bonnie. She was so polite she shcudelued me an appointment and even got my car cleaned after getting my oil changed because my car had a poop stain. She was so easy to understand after she explained the things that are okay with my car and what I should get fixed. I will be looking forward to coming back to her for any service my car needs. Honda is really lucky to have such a nice and just genuine helping human being. I just really felt like she cared to help me and was not faking it like most of the guys that work there make me feel when I go there. There is some really rude guy workers at the service department. So when I met Bonnie I just couldn't resist but to write about how amazing she was with me. Once again a huge thanks to Bonnie for me so great!!!!
