Abel seemed rather abrupt and abrasive. His tone communicated criticism for declining a service, which leaves one feeling undervalued as a customer. He also told me and another customer about a needed service as he handed us the sign-out paperwork, not giving us a chance to schedule it while we were there. It kind of felt like, “Oh, by the way - you need this, but I don’t have time or want to deal with it right now.” It left a bad taste in my mouth.

From my very first visit for an oil change in early August I was a bit unsatisfied. Due to unclear communication I ended up spending $500 more than I was prepared to. I understand I signed a contract for services and should have looked more closely at the numbers but if I was aware the service recommended to me was $597 rather than $5.97, I would have refused. During that visit the mechanics were unable to finish changing my air filter. I returned Saturday September 1st to have the air filter changed but now am having issues with my glove box not beubg installed correctly. Please let me know when I can return to get my glove box installed correctly. Awaiting your prompt response, -Jackeline Correa ****-****-xxxx
