I told Abel about a problem I was having with my key system. When I described it, he was condescending, basically telling me that the problem was me, which it was not. Then he looked at me and said, “What do you want me to do?” At which point I said, “Ignore it?” And he said, “Fine,” and turned to the computer and deleted it, right in front of me. I said, “I’m not the mechanic; you are.” That was basically the end of the conversation. I left my car to have an oil change and when I returned, it was like nothing had happened.
