I would like to have the information I requested regarding a list of the specific items that are in the services Jim recommended. “Transmission service “ and “coolant service “ doesn’t convey the information I need to give my trusted advisor who will give me his opinion about what is needed.Frankly this entire day was an ordeal not unlike pulling teeth. If I hadn’t been proactive I would still be waiting for shuttle pick up, nor would I have gotten used parts returned. So that’s three things that I believe were failures on your part.
