Abel was awesome! Extremely thorough, diligent, and understanding. I had the sense that he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. While Honda Co. itself was unable to fully address the issue for which I initially brought in the car, I believe Abel did everything he could to meet my satisfaction. The issue with my car, I believe, has to do with manufacturing issues along the chain of production for my particular year, make, and model. Nonetheless, able was an amazing go-between to work with.
