Jim was relatable and humorous, I found that to be comforting. He was honest about what my car needed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Jim made my day, I had a bad battery and thought I would be stuck in Santa Barbara. It was an easy fix and I was home in time for dinner, in riverside. Whish more service people were like Jim. Honest and straightforward!
