Although I am completely satisfied with the awesome attitude of Bonnie Jimenez, the problem with my car remains unresolved through no fault of her own. Bonnie totally took my concerns seriously and service personnel took exploratory and creative steps to remedy one issue around the steering wheel compartment, the ongoing rattle in the front left when the car is driven over uneven roads at lower speeds remains unresolved and mysterious. However, Bonnie's efficiency, determination and desire to fix the problem with my 2015 Honda Fit is incomparable.
