My only feedback, is that if you guys are going to do carwashes, you should try to do a more diligent job. 8 appreciate that it's cleaner now than it was, but there is still bird poop and dead bugs on the hood and driver side mirror. The service with Jim was great though, he was nice and seemed genuine, and he wasn't pushy which I especially appreciate.

I presented coupons at time of write up but was not reflected in final bill. For instance 5% off was not reflected in the bill and complementary car wash was not done when I picked up the vehicle. I left the vehicle at dealership from about 8:30am until 3:00pm. Plenty of time to complete everything. Being a long time Honda customer, this is the first time I have been disappointed in the service.
