Bonnie was great- as usual. She knows I have a crazy schedule with three kids and always helps me work around things. She keeps me informed of what is going on with my van and is always so great. The main mechanic (Chaz?) is great too. I love it when I get things explained to me and I don’t get treated like I’m dumb and ignorant of cars.
Going to this Honda for service is not convenient for me....but I won’t stop- because I love being known and having someone who knows me and my car.
