Able told me I was not eligible for a loner car whilst my warranteed service was performed. It says on page 3 of my 5 star warranty plan that I was sold for $2500 dollars when I financed the car that I would have a rental car if I needed warrantieed service.I had to beg the service manager for a loner car when my warranty clearly says I will be provided a rental. I work at night so it was really important to me to have a car. Why did they not know? It was horrible!

Bonnie provided me with the best experience I’ve had at this location. As a long-time customer, I’ve come to expect service employees to attempt to upsell me on other services that aren’t necessary during my visit. Bonnie booked my appointment, greeted me when I arrived and set proper expectations on when my car should be finished.
