The Santa Barbara Honda service department is the best service I have ever received from Annie mechanical or dealership. Everyone is friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and they listen and respond respectfully. This includes the cashiers. Everyone desires to give the finest service well-being lovely individuals. I especially appreciated Jim who greeted me this morning and Abel who took care of my car. When I arrived at the service department this morning I was so glad to see Bonnie was working today. She has always provided me with excellent customer service in the past. I was delighted to hear that there was no problem in me not having an appointment. She assured me it would take about an hour to change the oil and do a safety check. I walked down to Old Town to grab a bit to eat and got a text from Bonnie saying my car was reassuring before I finished my meal. A friend of mine was texting me asking me what I wS doing on the holiday. I shared I had my Honda at Goleta. She asked about my experience with the service department. I gave her two thumbs up.
