Jim is Awesome. Air conditioning system in my 2007 Honda stopped working - in this crazy October heat. When I came by with the car, Jim got me on the schedule promptly. He told me the inspection could cost $250 - but, somehow your mechanics found the problem promptly and charged only $166. I really appreciate Jim's kindness - and SB Honda's integrity in this matter!
